Founded in 1951, today the firm employs nearly 6,000 immigration professionals and support staff in more than 60 offices across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific and offers immigration support in more than 170 countries. 
 

A natural fit for Ireland

With Ireland continuing to attract increasing numbers of foreign direct investment companies, the country was a natural site for Fragomen to expand its well-established European presence. In 2017, the firm set up opened an office in Dublin to meet increased client needs and invested significant resources into its Irish office, taking city centre office space in the capital and recruiting a specialist team of immigration professionals at all levels. The initial investment covered hiring 20 specialists within six months.
 
The Dublin office has a specialist team of immigration professionals at all levels, and staff with extensive experience in Irish immigration and best practices, some with backgrounds in Irish immigration litigation, HR, global mobility, relocation companies and government departments. Fragomen’s team develops customised and compliant immigration programmes to for a wide range of clients across many sectors, including financial services, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, and sports.  
 
The team in Ireland provides a full suite of immigration services, including talent relocation and acquisition from an immigration perspective, along with all aspects of business immigration to general immigration and citizenship matters, and act as immigration agents for most of the largest users of the Irish Employment Permits system.
 

Growing its Irish base

In 2023, Fragomen celebrated five years in Ireland. Currently employing more than 80 people, the firm expects to create additional jobs in Dublin during 2024 and 2025. Fragomen Ireland is now the largest provider of corporate immigration services in the country.
